The new 73 plate was released which meant we were booked to do a lot of corporate fleet deliveries. Here are some of the other events we were involved with this month…
***Kop Hill Climb Festival***
We transported Porsches to the annual Kop Hill Climb Festival. It’s known as the UK’s best, most relaxed but action-packed, classic vehicle festival. Kop Hill features vehicles up to 1982, with pre-war cars and bikes getting priority.
This 903-yard (826m) hill climb in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire was originally established in 1910 but there was a minor accident involving a spectator on the public road that formed the hillclimb, so the last competitive event there was held in 1925.
***Nissan vows to go all-electric by 2030***
We also transported the prototype model of the Nissan Concept 20-23, and unload it onto the bank of Regent’s Canal in Paddington, London.
Just look at our skilled driver negotiating that narrow towpath!
Once there, the sporty, urban design was hoisted onto a floating platform outside the Nissan Design Europe building and was then floated down the Grand Union Canal.
